Annual Bonus Plan: We reward all our Store General Managers for their personal commitment to improve Store performance and sales, with a generous annual bonus.
Long Term Incentive Plan: We also reward our General Managers with a three year, long term incentive plan. This allows you to earn shares based on a proportion of annual salary and is linked to our Company share growth, something that you have the opportunity to influence.
Cash Allowance: We offer our Store General Managers a generous cash allowance towards a Company car.
Company Corporate Card: Our Store General Managers are issued with a Company corporate card for the purchase of petrol/diesel for business miles, this means no out of pocket expenses for you.
Private Healthcare - Family Cover: To ensure our Store Managers get the peace of mind when it's really needed, we have teamed up with Pru Health to provide private healthcare for you and your family.

Share Save Scheme: A HRMC approved scheme allowing colleagues to save straight from net pay for 3 years. At the end of the scheme colleagues can purchase associated Morrisons shares. Subject to eligibility criteria.
