Staff Discount: We provide all employees with a staff discount card on commencement of their contract. We also provide an additional card, for you to give to your nominated person, saving 10% every time you shop with us.

Profit Share: Reflecting the philosophy of 'one team', share in our success with an annual profit share payment based on a percentage of eligible earnings. Subject to eligibility criteria.

Share Save Scheme: A HRMC approved scheme allowing colleagues to save straight from net pay for 3 years. At the end of the scheme colleagues can purchase associated Morrisons shares. Subject to eligibility criteria.
